Lingering Frost?

Howdy Metas! My wife is running Frost Vortex build and all her Lingering Frost mods have vanished after the update? Anyone know if this mod was revamped and or renamed? Thanks

Or you could be less of an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and simply point out that the info in the update sheet on steam may differ to the official website...

The update note on Steam today is not the full change log, it's addition to. It's a bit confusing but the table of change is the change from the previously announced change. For example looking at Bastille you would think they got mixed Before and After, but no what they meant is that Bastille set was supposed to changed to the Before table with the update, but now they have decided to reversed the effect back to what it was which is the After table.
