Tutorial broken?

First of all this is not a tutorial at all. A tutorial should explain gameplay and how stuff works, this just gives a task but doesn't tell you how.

Anyway, it tells me to "Construct the house 0/3" but when i hit "B" error "building features are locked" after not finding any solution I mus assume the tutorial is just broken.

I don't remember that "tutorial" maybe are you talking about Journey? Those little tasks?
Maybe you need to unlock first those pieces in memetics "O" key

You need to unlock the memetic for the stuff you want to build. Since its asking for house parts you unlock those first, press O, you should have a few points to spend, if not go kill a few zombies to level up quicly for some points to use

That's the task/quest for Eternaland. They need to join a server to unlock building functions, I believe.

Yes, this! I signed up for a server, but IDK how to enter the server!
