Thats just silly. So if your a person who doesn't want to see it, you'll still see it in the menus wont you
"If you are the type of person who wants to see jiggle physics". Bro go do some park run and look around. In real life they jiggle too you know.
Really your seeing it in world? I have a number of cosmetic tops from free to paid and not a slight jiggle to be found in the world on any of them. With them all though in the customisation/expression bit if I play an emote they all jiggle just fine there regardless of the top
I wonder why it shows for you but not me. I tried the test subject top as well, rock solid like all the others (at least in the game world)
I tried both DX11 and DX12 settings wise I have all the settings on their maximum, but I tried adjusting a few to different levels without any luck
wait till you realize boobs move in real life
