guys how to get mods with unstable bomber atribute?

Just gotta get lucky I suppose. Unstable Bomber is generally a Keyword on specific equipment, but it can appear in mods as well randomly. To my knowledge all the Keyword specific mods are purple rarity or higher. (Tier 4)
If you're on a newer server then it might still be phase 1 and Tier 4 items aren't possible yet.

Unstable bomber prefix? If I remember right it was Manibus. Generally the prefix <Skill> has less dmg bonus than <Talent>. Go straight for <Talent> with substat Status DMG.

Mods with keyword related substats (Unstable Bomber damage, trigger chance, etc) only drop from reward boxes that come from high level "World Crisis Events" (Operation Chiron, Paradise Lost, etc). if you want to get one of these mods you have to spend a controller on the reward box. Boxes that do not give the option to spend a controller do not drop mods.

Thankfully there are now "High Risk" (aka level 50) versions of all World Events. People tend to call them out in chat, so keep an eye out for those and click the blue link that pops up in chat to teleport directly to the event.

Additionally, clearing a high level crisis event on "legend" rating guarantees you a reward box that gives you a random legendary mod with the keyword suffix. So MAKE sure you complete any optional objectives.

Keep in mind there are keyword mods for every weapon mechanic. You are equally likely to get Unstable Bomber mods as you are to get something for Fast Gunner or Burn.

Mods also cannot roll keyword substats without the keyword suffix. Mods with other suffixes (AKA Violent, Precision or Talents) will never come with stats like "Unstable Bomber damage".

Talent will outperform Unstable Bomber mod. The best you can hope for is Unstable bomber DMG + Blast DMG substat but it's still lower than Elemental + Status DMG sub stat. They literally do the samething, only that Elemental and Status DMG can work on all other Status (Frost, Burn, Power Surge) whereas Unstable Bomber does not.
Unstable bomber trigger chance is useless, the two best bomber weapon Jaws and Little Jaws does not rely on chance, they are both on shot counts.

And I'm saying this despite I am using Mask Mod with Unstable Bomber DMG (purple) + Blast DMG (gold). It's only because I haven't got luck to find Talent with Status DMG one to replace it.
