Progress deleted - no wipe - blueprints all gone

Hey anyone know how to recover a profile. I had maxed level and a lot of blueprints. logged in today and i had no character. Played a bit to see if it was a bug on new character but nah all my progress is gone

any ideas how to fix?

Going to change my review to negative if this is just a common glitch

there was a login server issue where your character would appear to be missing but would reappear again after relogging or switching regions, you can also submit a ticket

You could see if you can visit eternaland.

a leftover max lvl character should be placed there...
I haven't tested it myself but it would surprise me if your character is there and from eternaland while having control of said character sign up for a new server to play with your maxxed character. Well the level will be reset but blueprints should still be unlocked =) and formula's for cosmetics and the sorts
