Curious about Season 2

I am just wondering, what is the difference now between season 1 and 2? First I thought season 2 will have a new map or maybe a bigger one.
To be fair, I didnt play that much in Season 2 yet, I think lvl 30 or something and everything is the same as the previous season.
Can you guys spoiler me, please? :D

You selected manibu scenario (PvE one - forgot the name of the PvP one) in season 1 and than you selected manibu scenario AGAIN in season 2 on another server. (because there were no new scenario to choose)
The "NEW" scenario will be out "soon".

For clarity, there are a few terms to be clear about for this game:

1. Scenario: this is the theme of the server. Currently, for PVE, there is only Manibus.

2. Difficulty: this is the difficulty level of the server. It varies from Novice, Normal and Hard. Mobs are more aggressive and hit harder in higher levels. Hunger and drink meter also drops faster.

3. Season: this is usually referring to the 6 phases of a server. Each phase opens up new areas of the map and/or dungeons.

Currently, there is only 1 PVE Scenario. The new PVE Scenario will come only in October 2024.

The new PVP Scenario is coming out on 26 September 2024.

When you reach phase 6 of a season, you are given the ability to jump to a new server and choose the server with your desire combination of Scenario, Difficulty and phase (to an extent).

As of right now, you only have 3 Scenarios to choose from and 2 are PVP.

Guys, the entire game was built around this seasonal scenario concept. Were you really expecting them to have more than one PvE scenario ready by Season 2..?

Right? Foolish move. I wonder how many players dropped the game when they realized the second season was pretty much the EXACT same scenario. I mean wipes were divisive enough by themselves...bonkers decision to release without an extra PVE scenario in the bag.

Season refers to the duration that a server exists. Scenarios are currently only 2
The pvp one and the pve one. There are slight differences between different servers currently in that some are normal difficulty some hard difficulty (note normal is still harder than novice, where you probably started). Also with different items available in the wish machine and different builds required to kill the special enemies.
