Base Delete from System ?!?

Hello, hello.
I play on a PVE server and mostly alone!
But today my base, which is based on a small house, was deleted by the system, as well as the complete contents of all farmed items. No, not a server wipe, but I got a message...which said the following.

Respawn location "Territory is being moved" was deleted for the following reason: Invalid server location. (The corresponding regional server is overloaded or uses shared data traffic.)

I've had this base there for several weeks and haven't moved it or anything else and yes, the server lags terribly, but there are much larger, expanded bases on this server that are allowed to continue to exist, but a 5x5 house is deleted along with all the items I've found? What's the point? I'm on the edge of the map where there isn't even a mission nearby and far away from anything happening and far away from other players. I asked other players if their base had also been removed and no, not by anyone on this server.

If it's an "invalid server location" or base location, why was I allowed to build there? And why are bases that are right next to capital cities and sometimes even block missions being run over and left standing?

It really sucks when you've been playing for weeks and then the system decides, no, you're not going to delete you. And no, there's only water in my territory terminal....wtf????

so correct me if i'm wrong, the game removed you from a server because you are not from that region, so basically they said your ping is way to high to play on this server and removed you from set server. Hmm interesting, but effective, people need to play in their region. em i glad i did not decided to play on a US server when i'm in Europe =D

BTW: people playing with high ping because they are not on the correct region, makes the servers lag, so i kinda agree they remove people with high ping. that said i'm not totally understanding your problem so, if i'm totally wrong, ignore me.

If u have not log in for about a week, the game auto up roots your home base, also there will be server merge in 4 days, so i will find out if i get up rooted as well.

I play on a European server and have a ping of 24, but there are a lot of Russians on the server who have a ping of 150+.

When I started on the server there were almost no Russians on the server, now it's full of many who aren't from Europe, well and I live in Germany and am being removed from the server because it's a European server. Makes total sense :)

My friend's base was "removed", but he was able to activate it again, so he lost nothing.
Before this I was able to invite him to my server with friend code, otherwise it is full.
But he visit game rare, and same I am. So far my base was ok. Maybe will visit it today just to check)
Also wdym "aren't from Europe". Didn't you learn geography in school?

Yeah this sounds like they messed up. You need to make a ticket and hope they get back to you. Their EU servers are located in Germany so it's obviously not that. Good luck.

I think you were removed by world merge, which happened yesterday. You had to move your base to a safe world. There was warning banner for 3 days.

Yes this is also possible. Are you in Phase 6 OP? (Settlement Phase) I've yet to experience a world merge so I don't know what message you get when the world you are on gets merged and your base is removed.

Yes, I am on Phase 6. Moved main base from merging world, but lost my save camp today (not important). So if anyone gets message that worlds will merge - move as fast as possible. Automatic merge does not move bases correctly...

this happen to my trucks yesterday. Both were on my base. No I cant call them back. THIS IS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥! DEVs should fix this asap.

The Server is in Phase 4 -.- ist just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up to loose everything. I mean start new all over and it can happen at anytime again and again.

Well in that case yeah that's totally messed up. TBH it's the first time I've heard of this issue. Have you contacted support? Did they respond?

Nope they dont resond but im already starting new in hope its not happen again.
