Stuck at menu with old character. Cant go into Eternaland, Cant sign up

I have a level 12 character that I played a few months back and wanted to jump back in.
The game wont let me, it says - No Season Available.
So fine, I tried signing up for a new 'season' or whatever. Can't, it says I have to go into Eternaland to sign up. I can't go into Eternaland either.

What is this? Anyone can help?

Just ignore the thread. I uninstalled the game and not coming back due to the horrendous reset, the repetitive crashing, my items stuck in spacetime backpack and can't be accessed unless I can get into Eternaland.

My last session ended with a few weapons, motorcycle, and taking down the boss with the chaingun. Now I'm buck naked with a wrench and getting wrecked by the chaingun boss. None of this is fun. F this.

Regarding Eternaland, I'm locked out as it says I have to complete Realm Of Nightmares.

Eternaland is unlocked automatically when your character reaches level 20.

You can have up to 10 characters. There "should be" nothing preventing you from selecting a new server from the list from the main menu to create a new character.

However because your level 12 character is stuck, perhaps other things are going on.

I finally manage to sign up a season but Im forced to sign up for a PVP server which I HATE.

Also...what happend to all my gear?

I can't log in at all with my level 50 character; not sure what happened to all of my progress. This game would be so good if they hadn't insisted on having characters locked to one server and doing these awful forced resets.

No one is "forced" to sign up for PvP.

did you ever find solution to this problem because i'm also having the same ♥♥♥♥ as you guys have experienced and it sucks. i don't want to do it all over again with a new character

Just to be clear you understand that the game is based on seasons right? Your character resets (level, gear, memetics, etc) but you still retain the important stuff that takes longer to grind for like blueprints (armor, weapons, furniture) and certain currencies like starchrom. If its not a season reset and you don't see your character, you just need to restart steam. For some reason after every update my character goes missing so I have to restart steam and it'll pop back up.

yes, I know. it's why I don't want to create a new character and just proceed with my main because I don't want to lose my progress, which is the important stuff. I already tried a lot of stuff but it really doesn't work.

If you know that you should realize that its not really a problem that a player can fix since its literally how the game was developed. If you watched the new years dev stream they are working on permanent servers so I guess you hang tight for now. They also released a roadmap that you can see as well. Ultimately gear and levels aren't really the important stuff since those are the easiest to grind for and frankly doesn't take all that long but to each their own.
