Mid season leave for new scenario Oct 17?

My server would be ending this week so do i need to wait until Oct new PVE scenario or can i join a new server and leave mid season to the new PVE scenario when it comes?

most of us are waiting my Server is even in Phase 6 and its now 3 Weeks that i have nothing to do anymore but i will wait for the new Content another Manibus run i dont want as i have done now 3 and im a little bit tired of the same things again and again

The ability to leave mid season is supposed to be coming soon but as far as I'm aware we don't know the specifics or the date it will be implemented. I wouldn't gamble personally and will be staying in my current server, which hits Phase 6 very soon, until October 17th when the new PVE scenario is scheduled to release. The idea of starting Manibus for a third time is out of the question for me.

if you find a server in the middle of the season you're doing well otherwise you wait and play something else at most you'll reconnect only to do starcrom purification

You can not join a Server that is in the middle of a Season the Dev block it,you can join only a Server that is not older then 14 Days all other server even not full are closed and this was change recent as before it was until 10 Days

Yes. They announced that the ability to leave a server before phase 6 is in the works but have yet to give us any more details. That's my current understanding at least.

but i see some servers new. some day 3 still. so these people wont be able to join new content on 17 they will hav to play another 30+ days??

I believe they plan to implement on October 17th. I can't find the announcement again. Youtubers are already 'suggesting' transferring to a new server to make starcrom then transferring out part way through.

Personally I don't expect it to be flawless and on the day of the new maps no less? I decided to hang in a dead server (Phase 6) to be able to transfer to the new maps as soon as they open.

Currently yes AFAIK. Until they drop a patch/update that implements the ability to leave mid - season. I'd be surprised if they don't add this feature before/at the same time as The Way of Winter update TBH. However, my trust in the devs to manage server sign ups efficiently is pretty low. What will mid season even entail? Common sense would suggest Phase 3 but who knows...Not on Discord so I may have missed some information.

Same here. I have 48K starchrom saved up for whatever the new scenario brings so I'm not bothering with the Prismverse. Also not bothered about the cosmetic crates or deviations either.

Yeah. Farming for the specials gets old quickly, especially for high level ones. The Prismverse ones are pretty underwhelming. I'm just logging in for starchrom at this point waiting for WofW. If it's much of the same as Manibus I'll be moving on to another game and dropping back in 6 months to see if it's any better.
