Mayfly fantastic event

I have done all the tasks in Mayfly Fantastic event still not getting the new Matrix -AWS.338 after defeating Arachsiam… is this the glitch or something, I have do something else along with it? bcz it says complete the existing tasks and its locked, I’m not able to claim it….

It is a series of tasks. The final reward is received after you complete every single one of them (not just kill Arachsiam).

There are 3 sets of tasks and each has 3 steps which each have 3 steps (iirc). Each has to be unlocked and completed as well as killing the darned spider.

I'll just leave this here for others to read....and perhaps NOT suggesting they do something they have already done.

@OP - I had this exact same issue on one of my characters. I contacted Customer Support using the in-game tool (from ESC menu). It was fixed within an hour. Mind you, they didn't tell me it was fixed, it just got fixed.

I have completed all the tasks (Survival, Combat & Construction) getting a blue greenish tick on its completion, Claimed all things still facing same as mentioned earlier and its showing locked epic skin.

In my case there was a glitch, It showed everything was checked out and I went through the details again one at a time and saw that fishing was at 4/5. Again, weird that I was able to check it as complete and even got the reward.

That is why i am not playing this game, came online few times. No rewards, no update from support etc. etc.
