Can't do the Snowy Realm quests

Can't do the Snowy Realm quests because the band's not at Meyer's Market. I go to the events overview, I go to the Snowy Realm event, I click on "Show map location", where it tells me to talk to Ankh at Meyer's Market to get started on those quests. However - no band at Meyer's Market. Is the event not open, yet, on server P_Clash-X0001?

There is only 1 band member (Ankh) in front of the Bar in Meyer Market.
Speak to her she will give you a quest, all quests aren't currently unlocked, but they will unlock overtime.

Can't see anyone anywhere near the bar except for the barkeep. Would you mind posting a screenshot so I can see where she's supposed to stand? My bar looks like this:

My wife and I completed the first encounter with Ankh yesterday on the same X0001 server.

Once you complete this first set of missions, Ankh disappears. :(

I can tell you that she stands on the raised platform right in front of the right table in your screenshot.

Did you click on "The Northern Tour" banner and then "Accept" the first mission? Go to Tasks - World Tasks. If it's not listed there then you haven't accepted the quest yet so she will not appear.

Just checked again - no Ankh, no mission under "world tasks". How do you even accept the quest? I went to the event screen and basically clicked everything. When you click on the Northern Tour writing, it'll take you to a screen where you're told to accept the first quest in the row. There, I can click on "View Map Location" which takes me to the map, focused on Meyer's Market. And that's it. Nothing where I could click "Accept Task" or anything like that.

Heh. Funny. Here I was, thinking this was on me again... So, apparently this quest IS bugged too, heh? No wonder...
Anyways, I tried reinstalling the game (again), but got stranded on some personal stuff right after, so could only check after a day. The quest worked, but i'm not sure if it was the time off or the fresh install. Hope you can find a fix on your side, anyways...

EDIT: a friend who also had similar issue said it was the reinstalling, because on his end he had to force to recompile the shaders, otherwise, the girl would be invisble lmaaao. "Game free, not buggy, stop complaint" wahahahaha....

Hm, curious. Maybe I'll try the repair option tomorrow and see if that goes anywhere. If I gotta uninstall and reinstall the whole game just to get that questline then I guess I'll pass. Gonna see the Snowy Realm soon enough when the PvE season starts mid-October. :)

You can try to force the shaders recompile, but might be a bit tricky. You gotta delete some files on some hidden folders. If you are ok with that, I can try translating my friend. Pls lemme know
(although I still believe you'd better off without this scammy game anyways lol - dont mind me, I'm old and grumpy wahahahaha).

Oh, I get the old and grumpy. Approachign middle-aged and grumpy myself, plus being fluent in sarcasm. :) It's getting late here - well, early, actually - so I'll try the repair option later today (much later ...) and if it doesn't work I might take you up on your offer! :)

Seems you are lucky that yesterday the game was glitching for a while and i took a print to report somethings if whatever was going on didn't pass.

Now let me hope posting screens in here isn't some overcomplicated procedure.

Hmm, your SS looks like a shader issue indeed, yes. Alright, we wait and hope the OP will do fine (and your SS link works, if it wasn't clear lol) :)

Could it be only open for PVE servers?

I have 2 characters on PVE hard servers (1 on phase 3 and 1 on phase 4) and both have the quest.

Maybe it is only available on PVE servers since it is a teaser for the new PVE scenario?

But players on Prismverse PVP thing should also be able to go to the new PVE scenario if they want, no? I mean, they even scheduled the release of the new Snowy Mountain scenario to when the Prismverse servers should be hitting their final phases.... Dunno, I cannot confirm, I dropped the Prismverse bc I got too annoyed at the stutters, the lags and flying bases.

Oh, no, nevermind my previous answer. There was a guy few comments ago that said he and his wife completed that mission on the same server as the OP yesterday:
