Territory/Building Help?

So it packed up my territory and totally disappeared my base. Fine, I guess. But then when I try to rebuild it, the building system is so finicky my entire base spawns halfway inside a cliff. I cannot access any of my facilities, nor can I deconstruct them because they are... inside a cliff.

Is there any way to fix this? Can I despawn my territory? Do I have to wait for Once Human to randomly decide to pack up my base again? I just need to put my stuff into my boxes, but they're all embedded in rock.

TL;DR: My base is stuck inside a cliff and I can't get it out. How do I reset my territory so I can move somewhere else less buggy?

Move your base a bit hit build button then hit x should let u adj your placement a bit. Also turn snapping off with tab.

You can try to press alt + rolling middlescroll up/down to adjust the height, it happens to me often when im using my house blueprints, hope this helps
