Destroyed vending machines from blackfell

Does anyone else have a problem with the vending machine disappearing from blackfell? On my server, they were destroyed by the developers and we get a notification that things have returned to our vault, why is this happening?

Probably because ppl have been cluttering up the place with trucks. Place looked like a swap meet.

GOOD!! Hopefully they will do the same on my server too because I'm sick of teleporting into Blackfell and running into invisible trucks until they load into the world. It really is getting ridiculous with how many are crammed in. They should prevent people from being able to set them up there. The whole trading system is a mess like much of the game currently. Players should be able to buy and sell from vending machines without actually having to physically go there. Much like Rust which has a vending machine "hub" in the safe zones where things can be bought from anywhere on the map on one interface. You should also be able to see exactly what is in players vending machines from the map too.

Probably dev got pissed by all the report other player did, like me, to have this vendig truck in all the place, inside town and at the entrance.

actually on w8 and w9 there are only 4/5 trucks while on w1 and w15 there are 20 trucks each and nothing is wrong with them..

I get it, it's just ridiculous that they remove trucks where there are a normal number of them and not in worlds where there are so many that you can't move from blackfell...

I get it, it's just ridiculous that they remove trucks where there are a normal number of them and not in worlds where there are so many that you can't move from blackfell...

Even 2 or 3 Trucks are enough to make Problems in my World and the first time i report them was why this 3 Trucks make a race ho can get closer to the teleporter so every time i jump to Blackfell i was trap inside one of the Trucks as the Spawn point was blocked by them

Man I wished the dev did that for us when my first season server was up. Blackfell was littered with vending machine trucks, it was hard to even move around to find the npc and click on said npc. It was a cluttered lag fest and I couldn't even tele there anymore without getting stuck under a truck...

I'll give credit to the devs for actually being proactive in getting rid of that unwanted clutter. You ain't gonna need the cash after the wipe anyways.

Personally I think allowing vending machines to be built on trucks is a bad idea (I for one would not mind at all if they removed the big trucks from the game). At the very least the dev's should consider creating exclusion zones around settlements that cause unattended vehicles to despawn after a couple of minutes.

I dont think a Dev is doing it. Theres been a bug exploit going around that people are trolling with. a Dev/GM could just literally type a console command to tell the game to physically teleport your truck from one spot to another, why would they destroy player content?

Truck is destroyed to everyone on w8, wherever they were, whether in the safe zone or at their house. 5 days ago the same thing happened with w8 and w9, they were destroyed and the developer sent us a message that it was destroyed by them and that all things were returned to us in the vault..

The problem is that there are very few other reasons to use them. They get destroyed too easily by enemies for use in prime war, turrets placed on them don't work, you can't teleport to them, they use up a ton of fuel, you can't place enough facilities on them to act as a mobile base (salvage, repair, smelt), containers placed on them do not make their inventory available to workbenches. Oh, and if you leave them out in the wilderness people will just grief them with boars or other nonsense.

Using them as vendors is really just the best use for them. Unfortunately a large majority of the map really does not get much use past phase 2 so the only town that people bother putting their vendors in is Blackfall.

Someone with weird name chat me
and ask my world when i sell acid and i tell my vend is in blackfell and suddenly my vend is gone. I was arround there.
