rosetta researchers map bugged

i did all the pre task you need to do to get the map showing where the chest is. When i came where supposed chest should be, it didnt spawn for me. Ive watched like 10 videos and all of them did exactly what i did only i didnt get chest spawned and they did.

i did all tasks needed for it and even went back to see maybe i missed something. Came back still no chest.
