Will there ever be Sign Ups For Novice Servers?
Will they ever allow people to continue playing novice difficulty servers? Soloing LEA Labs was already hard enough on Novice. I don't even want to bother doing it on Normal or Hard mode.

I tried waiting for a novice server to fill up then having an invite code, but that doesn't work, since it's only for NEW characters being made.

Do I just wait the 28+ days for the server I'm on to fully die, return to Eternaland, then possibly be able to join a Novice server?

Look, I understand that if someone comes into a novice server with like 50k Starchrom they can just kit out immediately and even solo some of the prime war bosses but is that really a problem on PvE servers?

The game is changing pretty rapidly, but as of currently, no. Your novice season character only gets the choice to continue on to a normal or hard server.

People will just not play anymore I suppose.

I'm fine with this. Really don't need season 2 players cramping the style of new players who are looking for a novice experience

Non-hard servers are same enemy difficulty as Novice servers, you just have different focus for cradle overrides and damage types.

The problem is that they aren't making more of these servers for some reason.

Hard servers are not particularly hard once you know what you're doing in the game. The mob difficulty is tied mostly to mob awareness and speed. Using very similar mods and equipment as I had ion the novice server I still kill common enemies about equally.
Anyone know if this changed since I last asked? Would like to come back and play this game more but I don't want to keep rolling alts.

This right here. It is the same. Just a few added things.

Not going to lie... I have thought about it. Mainly just to help people. But if you are just focusing on this one type of server. Good luck. Have you even tried any of the others? Or assume they will be "harder"? Because normal is not any different than novice. Hard mode is stupid anyways. Not really that hard and a constant eat and drink fest.

Any updates?
Novice servers are for novices only, meaning only for new characters that haven't completed a season, yet. You can't get on novice servers with a character that's been through a season (one way or another, doesn't matter if you actually played the full season or stopped playing somewhere along the way) already. if you wanna play on a novice server you have to start a new character.

Novice (noun):
- a person who is beginning to learn a job or an activity and has little or no experience or skill in it
- a person who does not have much experience in a particular job or situation
Yeah but the fast degen of sanity and bla bla bla make the rest of the servers too annoying to bother playing.

For those who completely overlooked brewing...
Corn ale and beer give you immunity to stardust pollution for 30 min, so NO sanity loss in rift zones or polluted areas or any other environmental sanity drain...
And they sell for 200 Energy links each at a trader XD
Contaminated foods like berries/wheat etc make acid and deviated wheat/corn make a 20% sprint boost booze instead of pollution immunity

For a Chinese game i'm a little sad there is no rice for wine lol

Brew Barrels are a week 2+ privilege and it's a huge pain in the ass and FORCING your playerbase to use a consumable for BASIC GAMEPLAY is dumb.

Got sanity gummys for week one lol its a mechanic...
With that logic you should also think guns is dumb as the stardust pollution is supposed to degrade everything... rusty guns can explode lol
Or would you be happy building a new gun every few days?
Or even worse ammo decay loooool

Just make the sanity fruit tea. It just needs cornflower and water iirc.
