they changed the name of it because it used to be called mystical crate which people got confused with the normal mystical crates from different settlements, but they are vastly different

Still called Treasure chest on Map genie so it's all good.

Because they are Fools and want to confuse player more ... They NEED to FIX all the broken stuff in game FIRST. ... They break more than they fix with most Patches.
