Crit Boost Mod (Blue)

Anyone any idea where I could farm blue Crit-Boost mods?

I can't seem to find any viable mod for my crossbow other than the blue Crit Boost, but I'd like to find a better one than I have, but where do we get those?

Crit Boost is blue only, nothing else like it at higher levels. It only comes from low level areas.
