Comntamined Aloe Vera, Berries, Wheat: Don't waste your time on this!

Growing these plants is a waste of your time and a joke by the game creators!
These plants grow 3x longer than normal plants, in ideal conditions for them!
The production of acid from these plants is a misunderstanding!

Yes, I received many seeds, checked them, and based on that I inform.

It's a waste of time for these plants at this stage of the game's development, maybe in the future when the game creators add e.g. some new food using these plants.

Now it's a waste of the player's time!

Not sure what is your Problem with them but for me they work good have found some seed let them plant from my Fungus Deviation and get at the end Passive let us say 7-8 Contaminated Barrys that i can use then to make Acid in my Barrels that when you are not in a Zone where you can Produce Acid from Contaminated Water are relative useless. that they take longer is not a Problem i let the Fungus Work for me so i get only the benefit but not the Work from planting things

Or just do your silos, get Refining permits, eat your pork chops, and get 1000 acid in an hour while being social with the locals on your server.

yes, active farms are always 100x more efficient than passive farms
but the vast majority of the playerbase of this game are people who can only login 30min into the game a day
they need to set up their passive farms just to get enough resources

It's designed around late game farming. Basically need 100+ plots to get about 300 acid a day, which is about equal to an acid pump setup. Just instead of running a half dozen pumps and filters, you're running sprinklers.

what's the point of a late game farm that gives you 300 acid a day
the point of passive farms is to get them up early so you can get the most efficiency of a season
if you build your farm on week 3 you can only run it for 3 more weeks until it's over and you lose all of it

A Season goes for 10 Weeks not 6 appart that let us say you will get from day 1 300 Acid a day how long you think then will be your Season? 2 Weeks? as you will get so much in no time that you Maximate all out in 2 Weeks so the dev must find a Balance between geting something and not getting to much

No ... You can have as many plots as you want. Check YT. You will see people with like 5 levels or more of planter boxes.

I make a greenhouse to grow all my plants and I have total control on the amt of water and light they get. I'm also growing contaminated and deviated crops with no problem. I use the breed boost fertilizer to get more seeds and once I have enough I use the boost yield to get more out of the crop, especially the contaminated ones.

I'm literally an acid farmer, I farm passively with the pumps (literally broken coz the devs effed it up to Hell and beyond from the August 1 patch) and now using contaminated plants for acid. It's 2:1 and since they don't spoil, it's fine by me. It pretty much becomes auto because I just use my Growshroom to plant them all.

I actually get more acid actively farming them vs my passive farming. It's just something to have as backup if my Hive mate needs some acid.

Seriously the devs should really fix the issue with the pumps, it's annoyin the living ♥♥♥♥ out of me.

It's interesting, I have 180/250 but I can't put more than 20.
