New character questions

I'm curious if anyone tried making a new character yet to test if blueprints, mods, formulas, prints you grinded for on another character is account shared of per each character?

I'm asking this cuz i'm feed up having to look like a hobbo or ugly dressed in general (even if i had money to buy cosmetics on shop i still wouldn't cuz nothing 99% looks bad on male & i'd have to buy 2-3 bundles minimum to be able to mix/match to get something decent looking) on a male character, thus i wanted to make a new one female this time where almost all clothing looks decent or at least good & majority look straight up great.

Though ofc i don't wanna make a new one if i have to grind for all i mentioned above all over again (i was semi exicted when they said characters "reset" on season wipe cuz i was gonna remake it into a female toon, but now we know that's not the case & only level resets...)

p.s i gave a reason explanation to why i asked this as there's always ppl answer with everything else that isn't relevant to the direct question itself (such as for example, when you move your toon on new season you don't have to make a new one... & similar ones like this & i'm sure someone will still do it just cuz i said it here...)

it´s not all shared. i have only the bought cosmetics on both chars. farmed mods, blueprints, formulas, all needs to be gathered by that other character again. It´s okay for me , they go different paths and are at very different phases serverwise.

aight, ty for a quick reply, guess i shall be forced to wait & pray devs give us the option to change gender in toon editor in the future.
