Issue joining a server -What can be done?

My friend is trying to start a character on my server and gets this error when she tries to Enter the game. (She already confirmed the server as her choice):

"The season has been open for an extended period, and access to the current server is no longer available."

The server is listed as "open" and "not full" though. I am already on the server and when I try to generate a special code, I get the message "This server is not yet full. You can join without using a special invitation code."

How can we get her to join the server?

same thing cant transfer cant create new character on friends server because its past their stupid 10 day rule. I don't care if its the last day of the server they should still be allowed to play on the server. probably gonna uninstall and go find something else to spend my money on as they have the dumbest server rules ive ever seen

So.. this isn't a bug? I was able to join a server that was super far along the season when I first started playing the game.

Yeah the server joining rules are absolutely terrible, and they changed them RIGHT BEFORE more servers started getting its closing day

The 10 day rule does not apply to beginner servers. Also, this rule was only patched into the game on August 29th.

This 10 Day feature was created because people where crying that they fell behind in starchrom etc.... again a good example why devs shouldnt listen to whining loud minoritys... people couldnt play with friends in the beginning before they invented the invite codes and it hurted the game and that stupid 10 day rule will hurt the game growth again

nobody that wants to start playing the game with friends will think "oh i'm new so i better play a season on a novice server before joining my friends on a normal or hard server" and even so, you can register for a server but can't join them before they open and what if u go on vacation for 2 weeks when the server open? can't play with your that season because u went on a 2 weeks vacation? that is just a pure bs system that needs to go asap or atleast let people in with invite codes after the 10 day period

It's funny how the Devs are now ignoring us and letting the problem continue. I wonder what is so pressing about the game they can't fix this right now.

This looks like it is a bug. A friend was able to join a server, but two others trying to join at the same exact time, can't join. Even when reinstalling the game. I also recommend that the devs disable this buggy "feature"

Dear god... I finally convinced a friend to play this Game with me, but this 10 day stupid rule does no let him play with the group!
So we need yo wait Until season ends por what?

You need to pick a new server and start again in that to play together at the moment, ran into the same problem, I tried a server and one day I could join then the next someone else couldn't, Different scenario is coming at the end of the month, so I now use one character to play if others are offline so we can keep the same progression on the one we play together.

Is this really still an issue? Finally got someone to play and now they can't even play with us? They are not going to wait or play another server by themselves. This should not be a thing. If you have people on the server already you will catch up.

a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ rule, I play with friends and now that's why I can't enter their server, if I can't play with them it's not even worth trying and if it's worse another season to be able to join some servers together, it's most likely that I'll find out another game to dedicate my time to and don't go back to this ♥♥♥♥, very disappointed in the game that doesn't allow you to play irony
