Login failed, Player status error

Hello,

Yesterday, I tried to migrate from my first server to the second one for the new season.
The game crashed during the migration. Since then, I cannot connect on the first or the second server.

I got the message "Login failed player status error" on the first, and the second tell me that my character is on a other server....

Did someone have a similar issues ? And do you've any solution ? :(

Same problem, verifying files doesnt work, trying to repair client from main menu does not work, resetting pc does not work, same issue on steam and netcode launcher. Seems like its just the two of us with this problem, great ... i messaged discord support, hopefully they might know what to do

Also i messaged netease support directly, i mentioned you in there too, we need to wait for an answer and until then we cannot play :(

Still the same bug. It's a shame.

submit a ticket on discord and send email to [e-mail]. If they see more people with this issue they might fix it.

i got the same problem. me and my friend. tried to contact them thru net ease support and on their discord server. all i got is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bot.

me too, its just happen, i was at the new dawn phase and about to start a new scenario, i registered, but when i proceed to start new season, the server error, i lost my character and all my progress, i played almost 600 hours.... i tried repair client, but nothing happened, please help... my name : AmariFukuoka

Same, relogged for BF run refresh and got error code 3 for login. No client repair or updates fixed.

Might be Server down.
When i try login on my SA character Error [3] happen, when i try with my NA character i can join with no problem.
