Replace Gacha Boxes with Set Price Shop Items

Loot boxes make them much more money.

I'm personally fine with them having them, since the game doesn't have an ounce of P2W.

But that's only if they put the equivelant amount for direct purchase in which they're slipping up...

And also if they didn't release a SECOND gacha before the first one even ended.

Season Shop should be use misuko mark to buy a cosmetic full set too
I spent misuko mark from first season until now to get all but I just got 3 pieces other is stupid throwable that you can craft or get it in game or cosmetic coupon that shop not even update a new thing

I would agree to this, but the devs would miss out on the extra $300 for each piece of cosmetic piece for the unlucky mofos with gambling problems.

And that's why it's in a fomo lootbox instead of being sold at a solid price in the cash shop.

I posted this before because people don't seem to understand why this is a problem. And their blase attitude is also a problem.

If you have not noticed or prefer to just go with the flow like a mindless idjit, the devs are being more focused on lootboxes. All their resources and funds will literally go into lootboxes, rather than fixing and enhancing the game. Hells the last update which was just for a new lootbox broke the game for most players. They can't even log in the game. Hells it caused more bugs. And instead of focusing FIRST on hotfixing that issue, they went FIRST for fixing the issue with the lootboxes losing them money. They had the effen audacity to even send that to my game mail when I finally did managed to get on. And then looking at their latest hotfix patch list, I did not see them address the issue of the latest patch nor the other problems the game has been having since.

Yes, the lootbox issue is REALLY and issue.

They need to do what league did, cosmetics should be charged for, and also earned in game, say 1 or 2 cosmetic items per season if you grind. That way the whales can have it all, and the F2P folks don't get totally left out, they can pick and choose what they REALLY want.

As much as I would love to see them gone as well, it's insane how many people I saw on my server with the flaming bike and armor, spending upward of $300 on the loot crates. As long as people are buying them, it's clearly making them money.

They would still make money with set shop prices and it wouldn't be illegal in multiple countries. This is pure greed.

Edit to add: Before they added the gacha boxes, between myself and my partner we dropped about $250 on the game for cosmetics and the Battle Pass. How much does this $60 BILLION company want from us ffs?

You didn’t understand the criticism against loot boxes; your response misses the point. No one ever claimed that loot boxes were pay-to-win. The real problem with loot boxes is having to spend a massive amount of money for a tiny percentage chance (without spending too much) to get the cosmetics included in them. It would be more profitable for the studio to sell the cosmetics at a fixed price in the shop. I would be their first customer for direct-sale cosmetics, but definitely not for loot boxes, where the final cost could equal the price of three or four cosmetics in the shop.

The issue with loot boxes is that you have to spend a huge amount of money for a tiny chance (without spending too much) to get the cosmetics included in them. It would be more profitable for the studio to sell the cosmetics at a fixed price in the shop.

It won't be more profitable.

So many games do this and they do it because it makes them the most money. It sucks for the average player but it is what it is.
