DONT GAMBLE. Just wait until you see something you like and directly buy it, DONT GAMBLE. Gatcha is a trap that suck you in. The amount you spend on gambling will be enough for you to buy the whole shop (those with price tag)
right, same feeling i have. and every time the devs need to change a thing they break the game because AI made it all and the devs working on this have no freaking clue. that's the feeling i have indeed.
now all that said, do i think its a bad AI made game, not al all, the game is fun and for made mostly by AI very good "as long as the devs don't screw with it"
OH and don't gamble please for the love of god don't do it, its because of all the people that do it, that we have this type of poop in R games. buy strait up cosmetic's all you want for all i care, but stay the F away from lootbox'es or other gamble systems.
this is why i love to be a EU member, they soon will bad all lootbox, any box that can be bought with real money will be banned in the entire EU (hopefully soon) so devs will need to addapt for sure or just not release in the EU i guess.
like i said many times i do not mind cosmetic's in free 2 play games, i do hate them in premium games like activision CoD, game cost 70-100+ dollar and then still have cosmetic shop... BUGGER OFF you greedy pig of an activision. same for battlepass, that does not belong in premium games.
I did intend to stay away.. but i just couldn't... i simply tried my luck 10 draws on 1st lootcrate (with the motorcycle skin) and got 2 lightforge collection items in that draw.. i wouldn't have continued if not for that. But since that pretty much shot my '30 draw possibilities to mostly legendary stuff' i continued.. and yeah, my first guarantee gave a legendary collectible, after another 5 draws after the last purple lightforge collectibe - which again guaranteed the last legendary collectible within 30 draws. Thus i pretty much got everything for 100€. I kind of did want something rare xD
BUT - IMPORTANT : I DON'T ENCOURAGE IT !!
My case was a rare case, you can spend like 3 times as much as i did. If - and i'm saying if - you get into a similar situation of drawing 2 of the epic collectibles, it might be worth considering - but in all honesty i still don't encourage gambling.
Good thing it's only cosmetics and doesn't provide player advantage, so i am more or less on the passive side. It has no impact wether people waste their money on it or not.. what i don't understand is, why people still complain about cosmetic being expensive.
They can be happy this game is f2p and they do need some kind of income to keep running this game.
Loot Crate with rare stuff always lured some big spenders, so those do keep the game floating. But a new lootcrate every 15 days is total ♥♥♥♥. I think they should give a free draw per day or smth like that. I don't intend to really invest anymore on loot-crates, having 1 rare skin (both vehicle and costume) is more then enough for me.
100€ ??
I need to pee, I'll come back later ....
lootbox don't need to keep the game a-float i'v spend about 150€ on cosmetics and not lootbox'es, i don't have any problem with cosmetics in F2P games, lootbox's -however is a pest, virus, a ROTT that will slowly kill gaming in general.
Yeah, I concur!
+1 and would happly buy some.
I misread that after getting to 30 boxes it would give the pyro glide and it was actually after 150 that you would get everything that means $300.
2 of the same in a single month is red flag off the charts of greedyness.
I won't give an additional cents to these greedy devs, until they stop this practice.
I have no problem buying cosmetics but no to loot crates.
Well, I could buy stuff in shop for IRL money.
I also want, say a very small chance, like 0.01, to drop in game.
Keeping me playing, grinding and maybe, when bored enough, paying IRL.
Come on.. Not a single game out there that does that. Are players are that braindead and fall for cheap FOMO bait?
Eww, brothers, eww... Whats that?
