your standard weight is 80,
+40 = 120
+ 60 = 140
+ 80 backpack = 160.

the item does not stack which means you can not use 40 + 60 + 80 or 80+80+80
only one (the highest) counts

Es izdarīju sliktu matemātiku un laboju to jaunā ierakstā :)

I did bad math and fixed this in a new post :)

Just fix your armor and eat food and see if that fixes it
