Stop with the Loot crate gacha games.

I was having fun until you started with the flaming motorcycle and AK weapon skin in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ loot box.. If you start releasing loot crates instead of letting me buy your cosmetics out right then ill be taking my money elsewhere.

Interesting point of view. Considering im one of the few keeping it running with my money( Not saying im spending big bucks) But im a consumer and someone with an opinion such as yourself. Therefor i am actually allowed to complain.

I had my door kicked down and someone pointed what looked like a gun at my head. They said "do you have the willpower to not buy cosmetic crates?" - I said "No! I have no willpower!" And proceeded to buy everything. :'(

Which is weird, because I've survived playing the game for weeks without dropping $1 on it.

You DO realize that acting like if you leave someone is gonna suffer or be sad, or the game is gonna collapse without it's sun to orbit around makes you sound super entitled and kinda silly... right?

This game is incredibly fun. The community is great. There's tons to do in it. And they're promising to release more content in the near future. And you, rather than simply voicing that you'd rather be able to buy cosmetics outright, decide to make it sound as if you honestly believe your leaving will matter, and not only that, you manage to make it sound like you leaving will somehow impact this game being played by hundreds of people, many of whom are and have been investing in it freely.

Please consider the tone witrh which you present your ideas next time. They make you sound like something of a moron here.

I've only spent $30 and no more since the cosmetics, including the housing, looks like a five year old drew them in art class. lol

I don't see anything wrong with lootboxes as well. Yeah it sucks for those that want the cosmetics with no option to buy them outright, but it's those that don't have outside hobbies that fund the game for us. I'm just glad the game is not p2w (Soon™).

Ingame currency is the gray area. That's why majority of the games that come out have it.

If people have a problem of buying everything in game, they have a problem of their own. If they know they have such problem, they should not play any kind of games that has micro-transaction but most of them just deny their own problem and blame a game.

So far I don't see any p2w and most stuff in game are cosmetic, unless I am mistaken you buy what you get in this game. People who complain are only exposing they have an addiction. Not much there to help them, may be go see a therapist.

I wasnt trying to be pompous or snarky, (also wasnt insulting people to make myself look better than them either, the moron comment was unnecesary.) relaying my emotions with text is difficult to convey how i feel. Yes im upset they added lootboxes. yes i would have spent $30 on the motorcycle skin if it was out by itself and not hidden in a loot box. But the loot box also means that they can change rates how ever they see fit like some random mobile gacha game. I spend money when im enjoying a game and i do enjoy this game. But the introduction of a loot box where you have to consistently spend money to get a cosmetic with a chance of getting nothing at all worth the money you spent is infuriating..

Also im pretty sure i didnt saying anything about being the one holding the game up with my money as you quickly assumed. I know im only one of many that spend money. And im pretty sure im not the only one to have this opinion as i play with a group that thinks the same thing.

Your not understanding what im saying. I dont want to spend more money than i have to, to get an item i desire. A loot box that gives you items based on a roll of a die is not good for the community is what im saying. I am not buying everything that comes out obvious. ( I dont have that kind of money) But yes if i had the money i probably would try and support the devs like i would for any other game i enjoy playing. just because you dont spend money on it does not make you any different than I.

Im just trying to get the loot box to stop before it starts because it will drive away paying customers if it gets too bad. Eventually everything will be hidden behind a loot box if this continues.

Solution is easy, don't buy. If you don't like their business practice don't play their game. If you like their game buy their stuff to support them. They look at numbers so action speaks louder than words. Lets hope this game don't head the way you describe, only time will tell.

All the Gacha Shlong Slurpers that have popped up in this chat are amusing. You make valid points and gambling for skins is not something we should be advocating for. Buying skins on the other hand is fine because you know exactly what you're getting with your money while supporting the game.

The alarming amount of people who are okay with a skin that requires 250+ dollars in USD for 100% guarantee just shows how sad of a state 2024 gaming is in. Back in the day this would be laughed at.

Anyone bending over backwards defending the addition of gacha is probably under 15 years old . They were born into this gross ecosystem where every game they have ever played in their life has had a battle pass and loot crate system.... Lmao
