Deplete Mood to Restore Deviant Power -- BUG

I've tried so many times and watched videos, read how to do it etc. It's a simple as refilling the power by converting the mood. Nothing works. It won't trigger the achievement.

Ok I found out that is bugged only if you do it in your friends territory. I tried doing it in my own and it worked. It does not state it needs to be done in yours and I have done lots of things within my friend house. Just in case someone get's stuck. I read lots of people having this issue and it could have been the same situation.

I think they are bugged as well mine stops working for me all the time! They wont go out and farm for me anymore
