Seasoned hunter leather boot
Hello, the Seasoned hunter leather boot description mention the next shot after triggering bull eye will be considered a weakspot hit.
I am wondering if it work even on things without a weakspot (like nests or spider eggs), or with protected weakspot (like deviant vultures with their helmets).
Could anyone with these boots enlighten me ?

In short, it works exactly how you hit a weak spot. Manubis' hands are another matter, the damage received by the flowers and the hands themselves are different, but you still get a damage bonus. So talking about manibus is pointless. But the boots work exactly as written, they even allow you to inflict weakspot damage to mobs that do not have a weakspot.

if you have a weapon that weakens bull eye and activates creating a blue effect on enemies i think it works on everything that becomes a weak point

It does, but the result isn't very impressive as "weakspot" hits on non-weakspot areas still deal 10x less damage than actual weakspot hits.

e.g. vs manibus crisis event i'd deal 50k weakspot hits to the actual weakspot, 1k hits to the arm and 1.5k - 2k weakspot hits to the arm. So its not like a real weakspot hit.

A more accurate way of thinking about it would be "your weakspot dmg bonus gets applied to regular hits".

I've only used it with sniper rifles though, so maybe other weapons perform better.

This does full damage except for the stupid hands of manubis because they have damage reduction.

Thanks for the info.
So the weakspot damage is taken into account, but the damage resistance on non-weakspot targetting still take effect.
I suppose it mean it will not activate « on weakspot hit effects » like the bingo «  +weakspot damage for x seconds on weakspot hit » or the wildfire +attack for x seconds on weakspot hit.

I don't get how you made such conclusion. It procs all effects that happen on weak spot hits, because every part of target became weak spot.
The fact that some parts might have damage reduction doesn't interfere with that.
You can stack mods that reduce damage you take to the head. While your head will take less damage it is still considered a weak spot.
