can't run Territory purification

please help me, how to fix error on run Territory purification with error "Territory monsters can't be refresh, please try again in an open area"

Basically you need to do it in an open area, so the mobs can spawn and attack it, you are either too enclosed for the mobs to spawn hence the error.

When I had this error...I found that my territory boundary marker was to blame in my instance & not the purification unit. I had moved the purifier all over to no avail. Then I moved my boundary marker to ground level and they began spawning properly.

OR just dont abuse the floating base since if you use that it wont work either.

If your territory is completely on water and doesn't intersect with any land mass you can't do purification because the mobs have nowhere to spawn. Move your whole territory so at least one corner is on land.
