does anyone know where to get more mr wish deviant in way of winter server

Since it's the Host of Wish land and i've not been able to find any or found others @ the end of hard silo or boss i can only suspect one thing.

It's inside the haze lab and drops like Rebecca would on Manibus.
got no facts yet but that's my educated guess

It's supposed to be PVP server only if I am not wrong.

In PVE, I think only that Wishland quest gives it.

Yeah you can only farm it on PvP servers, in PvE you're stuck with the basic one you get from the Wish Land quest.
