Best place to get Engineering plastic in way of winter?

im struggling to find it

I got quite a lot from disassembling junk from the Fire God Research Center in Ember Strand

If you look at the item's description, it literally tells you what level range you can find it in.
Go to the area of the map that contains enemies in that level range.
Open storage crates.
Profit.

That's a nice piece of information if you have some maybe, but if I go to the truck-building menu it does not tell me what level range I can find it in.

ENGINEERING PLASTIC
Materials

Performs excellent in harsh environments, widely used in industrial settings. 

HOW TO GET
Explore wilderness/Disassemble scraps

I need at least 40 plastic, I'm unable to find any, and I got no clue where to go too.
