Got these from chest, what use is the halloween candy?

There is a shop that you can spend them in. It sells controllers, whim potions, a couple of 110% power deviants with Halloween themed appearances, fireworks, repairing hands...

No the chest are in Ethernalland its 6 on your map, then you can get 9 more on others map I think.
