Which one is a better choice Portable Thermostat or Refining Facility Smelting?
I pull these 2 spec. and I have to choose between the 2 and wondering which one could be a good choice.

Refining Facility Smelting is useless as it is now.
It converts 10 sulfur into 1 hot rock ore in an hour.
You can get 100x that by mining a single hot rock node.
Add to that, It only works for the normal refinery and not the super-refinery.
