Do you know if blueprints fragments also carry over or do I have to exchange them for blueprints?

I did all the above and then crafted a force exit card used this and went into a new way of winter server and nothing transferred across so looks like i have lost everything or if someone knows a way of getting it back

You need to actively transfer stuff from your space backpack.
The option is in your inventory.
Mods, mod parts, blue prints, and other currency are already transfer over.
This issue has been address in many post, forums, and youtube videos.
