guns that work with crit build?

I have the 4 lone wolf 1 bastille 1 key item build focusing on crit and was wondering what weapons go well with it (i.e. what weapons are optimized with crit builds) besides last valor.

I've got enough starcrom to start buying some new things and i'd like to start with weapons that don't require me to also replace my armor for a completely different build (except maybe key item as that's expected)

so what weapons are crit build oriented?

Sharpnel works well off crit because each crit counts as two hits out of the four needed to proc it. The Last Valor SCOR is the weapon for it.

As Efour said, UB works well with it.

That's Jaws D.E. Little Jaw is the SMG one and it does not work with crit.

Pyroclasm also works with crit and I think Corrosion as well. Pyroclasm rely on Weapon DMG hence Crit, because most of your dps comes from Dragon Breathe Ammo not the Burn status effect.

MG4 Predator can works with Crit, you just happen to have extra dmg to Weakspot in Fast Gunner state but Fast Gunner prefix weapon & mask mod can have extra Crit DMG compared to Violent.

In my opinion, the DE.50 Jaws (NOT the little Jaws), with the Shaman Vulture set top, is one of the best builds in the game and is heavily focused on crit. It's fast firing, fast action, fun as hell to play, and just shreds things. Bosses, adds, whatever. You've got high burst, good AoE and just overall fun gameplay.

My bad, didn't see the last part. Not a fan of shrapnel then.

There's not many builds which sync directly with crit rate. There are some mods that will work with them to an extent, though.

For burn builds that Retrusion Explosion mod will increase crit damage which would be beneficial if you already have a solid crit rate. An additional 40% for your crits on any enemy suffering from burn.

The deadshot mod does roughly the same thing with a stacking 5% buff to crit damage every time you land a crit up to 45%. It won't work with melee builds, but its flexible across multiple builds just for the extra damage if you're already set on stacking crit rate.

If you haven't used it yet, the Fateful Strike mod can raise your crit rate even higher at the cost of weakspot damage.

But as far as I know UB and Shrapnel are the only ones which highly benefit directly from crit and then its only the Last Valor and Jaws DE (aka the shrapnel LMG and pistol operate off hits landed and a percentage chance for the proc on every hit).

Unstable Bomber does not benefit from Crit, only Jaws D.E does. Little Jaw SMG completely ignore crit but focus on Elemental + Status + UB DMG and stacking as many hit as you can before Delayed Bomber explodes, which give you a very respectable dps.

Likewise for Shrapnel only the Last Valour and MG4 one do benefit from crit. The Glock GS17 one benefit from Weakspot as it only proc Shrapnel on WS hit, will ignore hit part for Shrapnel so you consistently shrapnel WS while aiming at WS.

MG4 Predator can benefit from crit. Crit DMG bonus while in Gunner state can be up to 18%, higher than Crit DMG on Violent Prefix (15%), while Weapon DMG in Fast Gunner State can be up to 8%, higher than other prefix (6%). MG4 Predator can be built for either WS or Crit.

Both ACS12 Corrosion and Pyroclasm works with crit. You stack Crit DMG rather than Elemental for them, like Jaws DE.
