Twitch Drop Issues ?

I just finished the "Once Human The Way of Winter" and un-locked all 4 items but for some reason I never got the "Cervitaur Terror Headwear"

Has anyone had this issue ?

When you initially link your Twitch to Once Human Servers, it asks for the server your characters is on. But then your character moves to another server when you start a new season. The linked accounts do not take that into account.

Unlinking and relinking your Once Human account to Twitch is the fix for this. I had it happen to me with previous Twitch drops. It just needs to be linked to User ID and Character name really.

How do you guys link the game to Twitch?, if I go to that link, it only has options to sign in using Google, Facebook or Twitch, but there's no option to sign in using Steam, so, the second step (Connect to Twitch) is greyed out for me.

Sign in via one of the methods it does allow, that will ungrey the link button. Link that to your twitch account. It will then ask for your server, userid and character name, which is all of the information that is needed to send you your rewards.

You most likely claimed it onto an old character+server. If you linked it way back and thought it would be up to date with transfers etc, it is not. Everytime you move a server you need to relink, find the server you are on, the character + the UID code. Only then can you claim and get the rewards on the new server/character.
If you don't do any of this and claim without having relinked everything gets claimed into the void, so you get nothing.

Missing many twitch drop.. Relink twitch set up but still no drop reflected.. Wrote to twitch and they asked me to reached out to once human CS...

The problem afaik is that the drops are not applied retroactively, you need to link your account BEFORE watching the streams or you'll lose any drops that you unlocked already. This happened to me with the first round of drops and the only way around it is to make a new twitch account to link to OH and do it all over again while they're still available.

Create a new Twitch account and link Once Human to that, THEN watch qualifying streams for 6 hours. You can't claim drops that you unlocked before you linked the account.
