Way of Winter servers

I keep saying a lot of posts about changing servers between scenarios which is fine but (I know it's likely the same answer), are we likely to see the ability to transfer from Way of Winter server 1 to server 4 (example)?
I started server 1 but now it's so full I cannot play with any friends cause the invite code is also blocked.

You can transfer worlds on you server, but not server to server. That would require the transfer ticket, end of season, or new character.

There's a new item called the scenario exit card.

It costs 1 mitsuko mark.

You can use that to exit a scenario mid way once every 60 days.

Same issue, we used the exit card scenario to join way of winter, and now my friends have started on a server and I cannot join them. Server was full after just a few hours and invites don't work neither. Been trying to join them for a few days without success. Really a bummer to not be able to play the game.
