IF you are just swapping into Way of Winter. WATCH OUT FOR THE DEVIANT TRAP!

Upon getting into the new scenario, you will start at a white old house. DO NOT PUT A DEVIANT INTO THAT CONTAINMENT FACILITY!!!! I thin its BS that they have that as an intractable. They dont tell you, that you are about to be restarted into the new area. MEANING, If you decided to equip, lets say a 4/4 STARRY NIGHT BUTTERFLY, into the facility, hit G for synch so you have a safety with ya starting off, and begin speaking with Mitsuo before heading out.... You will be birthed into a new area


LOSING YOUR DEVIANT PERMANENTLY! No getting it back. say good bye, it was fun!

Figured mini boss fight laziness. That never occurred. Sync persisted through leaving on the Manibus scenarios. This is a new bug specific to Winter.

First thought after arriving and seeing her house all ready for war, and noticing an EMPTY deviation tank that CAN be interacted with, we would setup for a fight. So, instincts say, Empty tank, House with defenses, lets get ready for a fight and sync up deviant in that perfectly placed tank and GO!
