Game Breaking Bug - Way of Winter

So myself and my friends all signed up for EU Way of winter server x-0001 etc and we all spawned in placed down territories everything was fine and normal.

My friend then logged out for lunch and came back an hour later... now when logging in they start again in the tutorial area but there are no NPC's, they are back at level 50 (from playing prismverse clash) they have the collect 20 gravel and collect 40 timber mission and they cannot progress.

Steps taken

Gone back to eternaland and says sign up for server, all servers are available except for the one they have joined.

Tried joining a difference server and the problem persists.

Joined back to EU Winter x-0001 and they are still in hive, still have a territory that we can see but not them and they are level 50 again but stuck in tutorial area.

Tried relogging, tried verifying steam files, tried reinstall.

Contacted support via in game but no reply as of yet.

Anyone else had this issue, our friend has given up now and we all feel awful as we have played 3 seasons together before this and it really sucks for our buddy.

I have exactly the same situation on the same server.

After trying to change the server/season, it becomes clear that in the “Manibus” season there is a script with a door that throws you out into the world. And in the “winter” season, the script does not work, and the character is forever locked in the “training location”.

I have already tried changing the registration for all seasons and all servers.
The problem is that the character is remembered in the training location, and the season is not activated.
But as soon as you go to the menu, you cannot select the same server as your character. Although in the server selection menu the character is visible at -50 lvl.

Right same here :/ and the support dosent answer yet ...Mail,Discord or Instagram nothing :(

Think this situation is becoming more and more common, my friend has seen several people on the official discord describing the same problem :(

Glad that I chose another Manibus Run as I noticed how weird that temp mechanic works, I had a feeling that it's to early to move

The problem is that I can’t start any other season!!! The character is not visible on the servers after leaving the server!!!

Support just responded.
I logged into the game, and my character was reset to lvl 1, and is visible on the server!

Only solution was to use.
1. In the tutorial area it doesn't think you have joined a server so pressing esc you should be able to sign up "again" but for a different server but make sure it's NOT Way of the winter server.

2. Join any other server and then buy the leave server early token and then sign up again for way of the winter and you should be able to complete the tutorial area and proceed to the area selection screen and you will spawn as normal.

Give this a go and let me know if this helps, this is the only fix we found for our friend.
