Uninstall...

Gentlemen, I'm sorry but I hate with all my heart having to start ALL OVER AGAIN, I uninstall the game

You do not start "ALL OVER AGAIN"

But, you dont start all over again. you keep your blue prints, deviations, and mods which are the only things that matter in the game. Leveling up is a non factor as well as recrafting gear. You dont even need to repeat the quests if you select the streamlined option, you just go to the locations and get the rewards. Plus all of the stuff that goes to your personal realm can be used to craft gear and such and you can test builds out without having to waste resources in the scenario. The game is new so of course content will be limited but they are coming out with more and more scenarios and have stated they want to make a persistent one as well.

this wasnt my case thought, lost all and even the appearence of my character, no BP, no gear, no deviations, no resources or furniture, nothing, try contact them yet nothing work

Truth. You bring over so much. This will be my 4th scenario, it's refreshing to start over and explore things in a different way and different builds.
