Oh and of course the possibility of losing a base is the cherry on the cake. It's funny to come to a place where there were a bunch of bases and see a wasteland XD
The story is so simplistic and conventional! The storytelling is still as basic as it was in Manibus, no improvement. The temperature mechanisms are quite opaque and unsatisfactory, just the addition of a difficulty but without any pleasure to overcome it. A lot of bugs. A much smaller (and dense) gaming area than the one of Manibus scenario. Several bugs of translation. And more....
This winter season looks like the alpha/beta phase of a game in early access... They clearly make more effort in modelling new ridiculous and counter-immersive outfits to sell than in providing a satisfying and immersive gaming experience by improving the defects of their game.
Don't misunderstand me! I like this game, its gameplay, its ambiance, its bestiary, its global design,... its potential. But like a lot of other developers, they tend to ruin their own game by doing very questionable choices... and not focusing on quality!
