Gun calibration and repair tips
Guys I'm just new to this type of genre of game, so far I am already lvl 41 with gold and purple gear at T4.

So far I've been calibrating to max all my gear and dismantling those that are lower tier crafted gear.

I'm currently farming links to further calibrate my gear also hunting and gathering for repairs after every I clear each settlement(?).

Is there anything that I can improve interms on my habit of calibrating and repairing?

Should I hold off repairing till my gear is at near breaking example 20/100 durability?

And is it just fine fully calibrating my gear to max in it's current tier till the next tier is available or should I stop at certain calibration level especially for weapons?

As soon as you get the crafting table for Tier V, try farming the materials in the higher lvl areas. Tier III Gear is enough, you can even try to skip the calibration of those, otherwise you get a 80% refund if dissasembling older gear.

You might need the steel/aluminium pickaxe, otherwise the dissasembly of the regular loot provide you, additional to the storage crates, with everything you need to craft your desired Tier V gear.
Afterwards you can calibrate, or try to get your prefered build from the wishmachine.
This might improve your crafting for efficency.
Also durability does not affect effectivenes, only 0/100 equipment is a problem.

Issue with this is, that the areas you are questing/playing in might not provide you with the necessary materials for repairs, so you have to return to the higher lvl areas from time to time.
Try looting the city (Blackfell) in a team a few times.
Then you get everything you need for a while.
