With "Interlace Fire" perk in our Thermal Tower do we do always...

With "Interlace Fire" perk in our Thermal Tower do we do always 30% more damage and extra fire damage when we are above 30C or we have to be always above 30C to do both extra damage?

It's only within the tower radius and yes the temperature needs to be above 30C (outside of standard cozy hot range).

I see too bad, so I guess the tower has to be on even to make the first 30% increase damage. :(

There are areas in Embers Strand where's it's hot enough above 30C without the need to turn on tower. Or just place heater.

But again it's only affecting people within tower radius. Consider Chaosweaver, the only real threat, is immune to Burn, it's useless. May inflate dmg on dummy to make youtube video though.

I c, what about that perk that gives deviant to fight with u, useful?

It spawn 3 Scorcher to fight with you. Again that's only around your tower, though they may spill over and help you fight Territory purification.
