Blueprint shop reset?

Does blueprint shop reset after season? Like 8000 shard for a weapon, if I bought it this season, can I buy it next season too?

But you can just spend 10K on the wish machine mini game that has your target item as the prize. YOu got chances to get fragments for your BP, extra fragments for other leveling, then the completion bonus.

Then you have the BP conversion system. Swap BP level with like minded BP (armor for armor, weapon for weapon) in the same rarity tier.
