Report a translation problem
Eels for example are unloaded and generators only output power so long as the amount supplied is below or equal to the defaults. ie if you can output 180 but need 181, none of your machines work. ie instead of having 18 pumps, you have 17 then the 17 will be powered and will collect default amounts. In some cases you can actually have 18 but the risk is the game will find something like a small pump that needs 1w power and it trips everything.
The Logic that governs this hasn't been very well thought out or tested. So we have to work with what we know works and just accept that.
