Lost all Equipped Mods

Title.

Be aware this is apparently an issue that can happen from multiple triggers. When transferring seasons all the mods I had equipped (5/5 enhanced and locked) to my gear did not transfer with me. It happened coming from WoW back to Manibus.
*As far as I know*, everything else transferred fine, as well as my non equipped unranked mods. There are no locked or enhanced mods to be found in my inventory as of now though. It's as if I never even equipped a single mod (they autolock on first equip).
I have been to Eternaland and back, done all the mindless time killing 'fixall' solutions, to no avail.

This is the first time after 4 seasons that this has happened so apparently its rare?, but there are two really big time sinks in this game; min max deviants and mods, the latter taking far longer than any other grind in the game.

I could see many gamers quitting over this if it happens to them, particularly since support seems to be mostly for show or non existent and incapable of fixing the issue.


I am still in contact with support but they appear to just be reasking the same questions and for the same info in different ways to buy time so I do not hold much hope for this.
I do love this game, and may continue to play? farming silos for hundreds of hours again doesn't appeal to me at this moment.
If anyone has any insight or has happened to them please speak up so maybe we can figure out where the problem happens and prevent others from suffering this fate?


I will update this if anything changes, and I do not know if this will save anyone future headaches but I would suggest removing your mods from weapons/armor before transferring seasons, however a google search shows a guy who apparently lost his previously just due to dieing in a Monolith...

From a technical standpoint, these are entirely separate issues.

The post you linked suggests inventory limits in Eternalands space time backpack, which is widely accepted as 1k items in total. Beyond that, overflow then the void.

On my issue, it seems to be with the mods being attachd to the gear, and then the gear either breaking or being removed/unusable by some other means (such as going to a new season).

*As a small update though while dealing with support, they have in so many words proven they either do not keep rollback/restore data for even 24 hours, or are not allowed to access it at all. Either way explains a lot.
