Server Reset?

I just notice that this game will reset every season. Does it only reset all of your buildings?

Does it eliminate your items too?
Does it reset your character level too?
Does it reset your skills/perks/traits too?

I started playing two month ago, just finish my Minbus scenario server, now move to Way of Winter
Basically all your deviant, blueprint, mods, unuse calibration, controller can bring to the new server.
Yes, your character level, skill, perk will be reset,
You can bring limit amount of items to the new server, so most people just bring some deviants, mods, calibrations, controllers, to the new servers.
I am enjoying my new server with the benefit of some items I brought from previous server.
