Does anyone know the exact location where to bring the treasure hunter's teddy to?

cant remember which one that is but is it the point of interest thats got a road going under a land bridge right next to it? if its the one im thinking about in the same place you find the bear theres a radio tower and under it theres a circle of bears and one bear missing

Treasure Hunter turned up for me again in Urban Food at The Tall Grass Inn (3051, -4853). Not sure if this is the only place he turns up again but

This is what the OP is referring to. There is a note basically saying Sorry and the Teddy. it is inventory bound making me think it's a quest item. anyone have any ideas?

No, this circle has a teddy nearby that you can find and slot in the empty spot. Doing so causes a ghost child to spawn and thank you with a loot crate

Fun note, you can give him spoiled food and he'll still give you the map. Verified to work for the Tall Grass map, at least.

I finished the quest but i still have the treasure map III and the two teddy bears, what do i do with that? i though they would disappear after getting the loot crate

Nope, they are now inventory holders. i had the same thing happen to me. as far as i know there is no way to get rid of them.
