UPDATE: OHMAHGAWD I FINALLY FOUND IT, I DIDNT HAVE THE SHOW HIDDEN FILES APPLIED SO THATS WHY I COULDNT FIND IT IM NEVER EVER PLAYING THIS GAME EVER AGAIN IM SO HAPPY 🎉🤩
I also found this from Windows replies The Malicious Software Removal Tool (MSRT) focuses on the detection and removal of a limited number of specific malware families...a small subset of active malicious software. MSRT was not designed to be a comprehensive scanning tool and does not include detection of adware, adware, browser hijackers, toolbars or Potentially Unwanted Programs (PUPs).
MSRT should not be relied on to ensure a computer is infection free...that is the job of your anti-virus and anti-malware software.
Probaly an offline Windows defender scan would be helpful to know if the files are actually infected or the MRT tool is just...♥♥♥♥, or have something like BitDefender/Kaspersky AV
