Missing Season Shop Item.

I purchased the Green Cordyline Potted Plant and I don't have it in my Inventory/building.
I have everything else that I purchased and everything has a tick/check mark, including the plant.
Also checked the internet and can't find anything.
I tried the report bug feature but the Artificial Intelligence is short on Intelligence.
Has anyone else experienced this and know how to fix it ?

Plants are in the menu but hidden "under fold". You need to scroll the menu down to find them.

Just in case anyone new is looking for an answer to this - go into your backpack first. In one of the tabs in your bp (Idr which one) Youll see all the items you purchased. You have to "use" them to put them into your building function.

Hope this helps! I had one heck of a time trying to find it. Lol. Figured I wasn't the only one.
