I FIXED MINE!!
After 10H working on a Fix, I found how to fix mine.
Click the Windows START MENU
Search SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
Click the SERVICES tab
Click Hide all Microsoft services (to avoid removing a system service).
Click Disable All
Manually enable services associated with your motherboard. My MOBO is an ASUS so I enabled the 5-6 ASUS services
Enable NVIDIA / AMD services
Enable Steam Services (otherwise, you'll have a VAC error on startup)
Enable program you really need (logitech, headset, mouse, anticheat, etc.)
Click Reboot NOW
ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ps: My guess was that something was creating this issue... we all have a program in common that creates that crash. From time to time, if you have errors with XYZ program, re-enable service associated with this device/software.
I also disabled the nvidia overlay and and ran it with the -dx12 prompt under the game properties in steam. as well as undervolted my gpu. the final thing to get it going was the advice above.
My specs
i7 5960x
Asus x99 Delux ii
32 gig ram
on windows 10.
Hope this helps you all solve your issues. I haven't had it crash since.
LOL - PC tech but says update BIOS?
arous x570s master
32 gig ram
amd ryzen 9 3900xt needs to be upgraded to lates 5950x
aorus rtx 3070
also if your using game on a m.2 nvme ssd, get a heat sink for it i got one on mine
if temo goes past 70c here is going to be a problem like ssd dying on you, it happend to me
i got a thermalbright HR-10 2280 pro black it has a little fan for it and my ssd stays 50c or below
check your temps with core temp or other free apps to make sure stuff isent over heating while playing
If you did, then I'm not sure what: "disabled non-essential services in System Config" means to you~
I saw your exact copy/paste message from another troubleshoot, attempted it, and then wrote this post.
It's not a temp issue as the game didn't even get past the character customization screen before hard crash. (Fans didn't rev up and I've not had any heating issues running more intensive games).

As for your previous post/troubleshoot; If the issue is really tied to Nividia's Geoforce Experience, then that's an issue with Once Human.
I've now heard that Geoforce Experience is the issue, as well as the solution, as people saying running it via Geoforce Experience will fix the issue.
At a certain point; Have to stop and wonder if you're having to jump backwards through a hoop just to prevent 1 game from crashing (out of the hundreds that run just fine), if it's just an issue with the game that needs to be sorted out.
